After setting up your server mailbox, you can proceed to set up your client email account. (If you have yet to set up your server mailbox, please proceed to Email Setup - Server Side (DirectAdmin) to set up your server mailbox first.)
This article will document the procedure to set up Outlook Express to download email via the POP protocol from our mail server. (If you are using Microsoft Outlook instead, please refer to Email Setup - Client Side (Microsoft Outlook) )
1. Click on Tools>>Accounts.

2. Click on Mail to manage your email accounts

3. Click add on Add >> Mail to add a new mail account

4. Type your name and click next.

5. Fill in your email address and click Next.

6. Fill in your domain name in both the pop3 and imap settings.

7. Fill in your account name and password. The account name is your full email address.

8. Click finish. Congratulations. Your mail has been set correctly.

9. Double click on your newly created email account

10. Click on Servers tab.

11. Click on My Server needs authentication.

12. Click Apply.

13. Click OK.

14. Congratulations! Your email account has been successfully configured!
