We asked about his previous web designer and why he did not want to engage his services again in the revamp (Incidentally, This is a key question on our evaluation if we would like to work with you. I believe business is more of a long-term relationship as opposed to a one off affair….)

Just yesterday, someone called me and asked if it was really true that we were giving our clients a free mockup with no strings attached. I said a definite YES. I was met with an incredulous expression of surprise, as our prospective customer asked how that could be possible in a country like Singapore (known to be kiasu)….
