Generally, an Outsourcing Partner is a long term commitment. As such, it is important to choose a good partner. It is generally very tiring to keep changing partners for different projects as you have to get used to each others’ working style and expectations all over again.

- We continuously upgrade our internal systems so that we can respond quickly to customers. This can be seen in the our implementation of the ticketing system. A new revamp will be out in 2 months time to further streamline our working process.

Okay, guess that’s about all! Basically took out those points from a textbook. All in all, the best way to test us out is to just give us a try on a small project with no commitments (and we really mean it..no commitments!)
