Sometimes I come across customers who complain that their websites are loading too slowly. Part of this reason can be due to the location of their server. Before you can use your email in our system you need to basically do 2 things:

• Set up your email configuration on our server (See Server Side Setup - DirectAdmin)
  
• Set up your email configuration on your email client, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express (not compulsory)

It should be noted that the second step is not compulsory if you intend to use the internet to check your emails, i.e. via squirrelmail.
